1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ to create an account. One account per email. Employers and candidates register via 'Signup' with role `employer`/`candidate`. You are responsible for your password and for keeping your Mobile Money number accurate.

2. Free Tier & Subscriptions

Every employer gets free job posts under the Free plan (the current allowance is shown on the Free plan card). Thereafter posting requires an active subscription:

Monthly: UGX 100,000 — 30 days. Expires after 30 days or when the included job posts run out, whichever comes first. Renew to keep posting.
Annual: UGX 1,000,000 — 365 days. Includes the configured number of job posts per month for one year (allowance shown on the Annual plan card and on your order). If the monthly cap is reached, posting is disabled until the next 30-day cycle; the subscription stays active and does not expire early. Save UGX 200,000 vs 12× monthly.
Free: UGX 0 — free posts only, one-time per account (allowance shown on the Free plan card).

Subscription price is subject to change. Subscription period starts at admin approval. Expired subscriptions block posting until renewed. An Annual subscription blocked by the monthly cap also blocks posting until the next 30-day cycle begins, at which point the monthly allowance resets. Renewal pre-selects your current plan.

3. Payments

Pay via MTN Mobile Money to recipient +256762087831 or Airtel Money to recipient +256700729852. Enter your Company Name in the Mobile Money “Reason” field. Click Place Order with your payer number (+2567XXXXXXXX) and amount (UGX). Orders are pending → awaiting_verification → verified/rejected after admin confirms receipt.

4. Job Adverts

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy and legitmacy of the job adverts that we run. You must verify the details of the advert with the employer. Do not pay money to get a job because legitmate employers don't charge application fees.

5. Job Posting Rules

Jobs must be accurate: true title, company name, category, location, job type, work experience.
No spam, discriminatory or illegal content. Admin may Pause/Delete job adverts that violate rules.
Application instructions are shown to candidates.
Deadline and date posted are displayed.

6. Moderation, Liability and Intellectual Property

Moderation; The Admin moderates users/jobs and verifies payments. Liability; We are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of this platform. Intellectual Property; This website's design, branding and content are owned by Sambeta Enterprises Limited and must not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Refunds

No refund after subscription is active regardless of whether jobs have been posted or not. If admin rejects your order, you may re-submit. Contact us within 24h for exceptional cases.
