The Head of Operations is the senior leadership role accountable for end-to-end operational delivery, service performance and customer experience across fiber networks and passive tower infrastructure. The role drives safe, reliable, efficient operations, ensures contractual and regulatory compliance, and leads processes, performance and continuous improvement to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Directs end-to-end network operations and manages field service teams across all regional business units
- Financial & Efficiency Management: Oversees financial performance, margin assurance based on approved business margins, and revenue tracking
- Develops and executes operational strategies alongside key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational teams
- Ensures operational teams are optimally dimensioned with correct skill sets—such as fiber rollout, power/solar design, and telecom engineering—to exceed client expectations
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiates and manages vendor and contractor agreements to ensure procured equipment and services meet precise technical specifications
- Compliance & Improvement: Ensures total compliance with regulatory standards, internal safety protocols, and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
Experience: 12 years
Skills:
- 12 years’ progressive experience in telecom service delivery, with leadership in both Fiber and Tower O&M
- Proven experience in large-scale FTTX/HFC/fiber backbone projects and passive infrastructure operations
- Strong knowledge of SLA management, EHS and telecom regulations. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
